The Vinok Orchestra and Felt Hat String Band featuring John Calverley on violin, Jamie Philp & Marc Beaudin on guitars, Dianne Tebby on accordion, and Josh McHan on bass, is set to captivate audiences with two eclectic sets on January 21, 2024. The first performance will take place at 1pm at the Hearth, promising an intimate and soulful musical experience. Later at 5pm, the ensemble will perform at the Carrot Cafe with their unique blend of music styles.

The enchantment of Deep Freeze: A Byzantine Winter Festival is set to transform the winter landscape on January 20 and 21, 2024! Embrace the magic as we delve into this year's theme, "Under the Toad Stools," a joyous celebration of foraging and a nostalgic return to our Alberta roots.

Experience Pipon Village by donning a pair of snowshoes, gather 'round an open fire for bannock, mint tea, and cultural teachings, and join in the festivities celebrating the Olde New Year.
